With a combined 40+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience, Chef Eric Solar and Matthew Jackson founded Parish Restaurant Group in 2020 at Half Moon Grill.

After successfully owning and operating the kitchen at Half Moon Grill for 2 years, they decided to open a family friendly store front in Metairie April 2023. With a menu that reflects Chef Eric's diverse cooking background, there is some on the menu for everyone. Gourmet burgers, pizza, wraps, salads.
